It’s nice when a healthy bowl of vegetables tastes both healthy and delicious. The Sansai at the newest iteration of udon specialist Raku is a warming bowl of thick noodles along with earthy green mountain vegetables and a light tempura maitake. The broth is smoky, delicate and restorative. Price: $13
