It doesn’t matter which one you order – all the tamales at the unassuming Factory Tamal are fantastic. Open up the corn husks to uncover a sweet savory mound of masa steamed with things like rich earthy chicken molé or spicy rajas con queso which allows cheese to tame the heat from the jalapeños and chile. Just close your eyes and point – or better yet, order them all. Price: $2.50
