The good news is this beer which I tasted earlier this year is back and available now at the brewery. The bad news is if you wait too long, you may miss it again. And you shouldn’t because Sleep Now in the Fire is a serious flavor bomb for the serious drinker. It’s a smoked porter that is then finished by time in Islay scotch barrels. It has a peaty, smoky beautiful aroma and smooth drinkability. Stuff this good never lasts forever. Price: $10
