John Coppola, the sandwich wiz from undersung Bread & Spread in Dumbo took his masterful porchetta sandwich and gave it a shot in the arm. This crisp roasted pork is seasoned with spicy smoky jerk seasoning and topped with red cabbage and mango chutney.
