But it’s Thursday and that’s the day I post my dish of the week. So here’s a little something to keep you in the holiday spirit.
Schmackary’s in Hell’s Kitchen is baking a few different holiday cookies but nothing (not even their excellent Dirty Peppermint) tops the inventive Egg Nog cookie.
The completely gluten-free treat features a sugar base with a generous layer of egg nog frosting and a garnish of cinnamon. It’s sweet, subtle, and Christmas-y enough to make even the staunchest Scrooge melt. Even those who post articles on Christmas Day!
