Long before it was hip to eat from or operate a food truck, Jiannetto’s Pizza was serving up grandma-style pizza to the suits of Wall Street. Originally from Staten Island, this truck makes some of the crispest, lightest, freshest pizza in the entire city.
Before he started the Kwik Meal carts in Midtown, Mohammed Rahman went to culinary school and worked as a sous chef at the Russian Tea Room. He’s bringing his culinary expertise to the streets by elevating the normally processed gyro lamb meat and turning out some of the best street meat in the city.
