I love the idea of a CSA (community supported agriculture). You sign up with a local farm and then on a regular basis you pick up a bounty of seasonal produce. You don’t know what you’re going to get, but it’s always fresh and makes for a surprising seasonal dinner.
Who knew the same idea existed with beer? Well, I guess Meredith did because once again she introduces me to a new local brewery. This time it’s Big Alice and they’re running a CSB with food-focused one-of-a-kind beers.
