Ops, as already mentioned in previous posts, is a pizza restaurant. But they also specialize in organic wines and this revolving salad of greens. Depending on the season and whimsy of the chef, greens are rustically combined with a bold salad dressing. I got lucky with a crisp bitter greens and a salty vinegary dressing. Who needs pizza? Price: $12/$18
