You could put good sea urchin on just about anything and I’ll love it. Especially when I don’t have to fork over my entire pay check. So naturally I was ecstatic about the tiny little briny bites before my mazemen meal at Niche., Especially since these little bits on toast only cost me $8 (prices vary). If the Maine uni wasn’t enough, they also sprinkle the luxurious bites with black truffle sea salt. Market Price
