I have never had an experience of eating fatty meat and not feeling slightly guilty at my gluttony. Honeybee’s does away with that guilt because all of the food here (like at all of Ravi DeRossi’s restaurants) are completely vegan. The pulled pork blew me away. Seitan was marinated with coffee and walnuts, smoked, and chopped to resemble pulled pork and then black trumpet mushrooms provided a fattiness that I felt good about eating. This is one of those places you wouldn’t know is vegan if you didn’t ask too many questions. Price: $20
