The unassuming East Wind Snack Shop in Windsor Terrace is most known for Chinese dumplings. But they serve other snacks and some are not to be missed, like these fall-off-the-bone pork ribs that are generously glazed with a sweet chili sauce, dredged in sesame seeds, and paired with sweet tangy pickles.
