DISH OF THE WEEK: Suisse at RACLETTE

Every week, I document another dish that impressed and satiated me during my food adventures around New York City

I guess this is a traditional thing in parts of the Swiss and French Alps, but it’s not every day in New York that your waiter offers you up a big hunk of bubbling melting cheese to pour on top of your entreé. That’s what happens at this romantic breezy bistro in the East Village.
