Cruise Around Manhattan While Sipping on Local Spirits

VILLAGE VOICE'S HOLIDAY SPIRITS

It hasn’t happened yet, but it will get cold in this city (unless global warming has changed all that already). And the best way to warm up during the cold season is, not with a coat, but with locally made spirits and cocktails.

Village Voice will be showcasing the exciting local distilling scene once again with Holiday Spirits on Thursday, November 19 beginning at 6pm. The event takes place aboard a Hornblower Cruise ship and will feature cocktails and tastings from over 25 drink makers, including Kings County Distillery, Van Brunt Stillhouse, and Jack from Brooklyn. Not to mention dinner, live music, and an actual cruise. The boat departs at just after 7:30 and sails around Lower Manhattan.

Tickets start at a very reasonable $55, which includes all drinks, food, and entertainment. Click here for more info and to purchase tickets.
