Some may know that coffee actually comes from a fruit similar to a cherry, but not many (at least in this country) have tasted that fruit. Well, the Colombian-focused Devoción gets you one step closer by turning the dried cherries into a sparkling beverage. It doesn’t taste like what we think of as coffee (no roast notes), but it’s complex, refreshing and has a very unique fruit flavor. It’s hard to explain but important not to miss. Price: $4
