Restaurants open in Williamsburg all the time, but few seem destined for greatness. Delaware and Hudson has had lots of great chatter since it opened. It is a grown-up restaurant that offers a wonderful, filling and affordable tasting menu every night. Unlike many trendy restaurants in this neighborhood, I think Delaware and Hudson will be here for a while as a true neighborhood joint.
