I’m counting down the 100 best dishes I tasted in 2019…
The Margherita slice at the very popular L’Industrie didn’t look like much, but it actually stands up to most of the city’s other to-go slice joints. The crust is impeccably crisp and the cheese and sauce combo had a nice rich tang. All of their rather unique pies are offered by the slice and I know this is just the beginning of a beautiful pizza relationship.
