The legendary Cecilia from Madrid Urban Adventures gave us more food than you could possibly imagine – she walked us through some of the most interesting neighborhoods in Madrid, provided us with plenty of wine, and talked about the history and culture of tapas. Olives, jamón, cod fish croquettes, fred calamari sandwiches. Now you might have a sense of why I love Spain so much.
