Last week, I got to board the Hornblower Infinity cruise ship for a taste of the best local spirits in New York courtesy of Village Voice. It was a fun and intoxicating event as over 25 distillers poured tastes of their products and also slipped them into some interesting cocktails. There was gin, bourbon, a fig spirit, vermouth, coffee rums, you name it. Mark your calendar now for next year’s event.
