Before he started the Kwik Meal carts in Midtown, Mohammed Rahman went to culinary school and worked as a sous chef at the Russian Tea Room. He’s bringing his culinary expertise to the streets by elevating the normally processed gyro lamb meat and turning out some of the best street meat in the city.
SADLY, BAPCHA IS NOW CLOSED. There are lots of hipster food trucks selling fusion Korean-style food in the city, but it’s harder to find legitimate and authentic Korean food from a cart. Bapcha has been feeding Midtown for close to 10 years with their kimchi, bulgogi, and mouthwatering galbi.
