I’m counting down the 100 best dishes I tasted in 2018… I’ve tasted lots of burgers with lots of toppings, but if memory serves me correctly, Hart’s in Brooklyn was the first place I experienced a burger with marinated anchovies on top. Why are more chefs not doing this? Certainly taking some nods from Spain …
