I’m taking a break from Europe for just a second and traveling to the other side of the world for the next episode of Locals Know. Back to South America in Peru. I got to dive into the culture of Lima while on the coast, but up in the mountains, things were a little different.
Before or after you head to Machu Picchu (which you should!!), you need to spend some time trying to catch your breath in the charming town of Cusco. And Liliana from Cusco Urban Adventures is more than happy to introduce you to some out-of-town ruins and the bustling San Pedro Market. She got us into the city and out into the country and gave us a real sense of both modern and ancient life on this awesome tour.
