I’m counting down the 100 best dishes I tasted in 2017…
This is the year I discovered a whole new cuisine so of course both dishes I tried would make my list. As far as I know, I Love Paraguay is the only restaurant of its kind in the city and I got to try some of their distinct specialities, like the chipa guazu. Another dish was this traditional grilled flatbread that had white Muenster cheese incorporated into it. It was almost like a chewy starchy quesadilla without all the mess. Price: $4.50
