I haven’t posted an episode of NYC Food Cart Tour in a while so I thought it was time to get back behind the wheel (see what I did there?). Korilla BBQ is one of the most popular trucks on the street. Since winning the Vendy Award, being featured on a national television show, and opening up their own brick-and-mortar restaurant in the East Village, they have long lines of hungry lunchers that follow them wherever they park.
