Before he started the Kwik Meal carts in Midtown, Mohammed Rahman went to culinary school and worked as a sous chef at the Russian Tea Room. He’s bringing his culinary expertise to the streets by elevating the normally processed gyro lamb meat and turning out some of the best street meat in the city.
