Tag Archives: White Gold Butchers
Every week, I document another dish that impressed and satiated me during my food adventures around New York City
One of the most anticipated openings this year was from Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield, the chef and brains behind such hits as The Spotted Pig and The Breslin. White Gold Butchers is something different. It’s a neighborhood butcher shop that supplies meat to the duo’s other restaurants and also offers fresh quality cuts to the local residents.
It’s also a restaurant itself with an array of meaty sandwiches and a dinner service. And the exciting part is you can eat your food while watching the butchers break down whole animals. If that’s your thing.
