I’m counting down the 100 best dishes I tasted in 2015…

Fried Chicken at BARABara is a fun, hip new restaurant that brings the flavor of France, Japan, and the US together. In their well-regarded fried chicken, buttermilk soaked chicken is battered and fried. The juicy meat and salty, crisp skin would be memorable on its own, but the chili garlic dipping sauce and tangy kohlrabi slaw make it that much more unique and interesting. Price: $18
