Nestled pretty far out in Industry City, Extraction Lab got a bit of press this year for selling an $18 coffee. I did not try that. But I did get a demonstration of a few coffees on their futuristic Steampunk coffee brewer. The coffees they serve rotate so you can choose from the few they have on offer that day – sometimes you’ll find local roasters like Nobletree or the award-winning La Cabra from Denmark. Their machine is customized to get the brew of each coffee just right for the maximum flavor experience. Price Varies.
