Because I am not part of the 1%, I don’t get to eat at too many fancy restaurants. But a few times a year, I get lucky (either from a big bonus check or a special event). Earlier this year in the freezing cold, I was asked by Tastemade to make a video on Marc Forgione. The restaurant is named for the Iron Chef who also handles the menu. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time (look for some of the dishes to appear on my 100 Best list), but unfortunately one I will probably not be able to repeat for quite a while.
