VILLAGE VOICE IS POURING IT AGAIN

Village Voice's Brooklyn PourA great way to try lots of local (and not so local) craft beers in one place is to attend the Village Voice’s annual Brooklyn Pour event. This is year number three and the line-up is as exciting as ever. One again, the over 100 beer selections focus on mostly NY-based beers. Almost all the local breweries will be represented, like Brooklyn, 508, Bronx, Kelso, Sixpoint, Chelsea, Singlecut, and Barrier. Even more excitement is brewing since some brand new beer projects will be on tap. I’m most eager to try the beers from Grimm Ales, Brooklyn Brew Shop, and Queens Brewery.

And all this unlimited beer can be yours on Saturday, October 12 at Skylight One Hanson in Fort Greene with the purchase of a ticket. The event runs from 3-6 and general admission tickets are $50. More information and tickets can be obtained at the website here. Hope to see you at the event.
